Roles & Responsibilities
• Screening resumes and applications
• Conducting initial HR round and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
• Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
• Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
• Maintaining candidates' records
• Interview coordination
• Offer Preparation & negotiation of selected candidates
QUALIFICATION & SKILL SET
• Graduate with minimum of 60% scores throughout their academic career
• Work Experience: 1-4 years
• Should possess multitasking skill.
• An ability to perform well in fast paced environment
