What would you do?
You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture. You will be working as a part of HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. HR operations and operational HR services, include administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management. The Candidate Onboarding team focuses on administering the onboarding of new employees including all onboarding activities like orientation registration, completion of background check, creation of SAP record, etc. This role is primarily focused on performing end to end onboarding with 100% compliance, developing and maintaining required reports through data collection, validation, analysis, and publishing them according to the requirement of the clients/customers.

• Written and verbal communication Candidate must have minimum 1 year of experience in BGC process (Non-negotiable criteria) Experience in HR Operations (end-to-end Onboarding, Recruitment or Employment lifecycle management) would be an added advantage Notice Period – internal movement – one month or less Candidate should not be an IP case Vendor side experience would be an added advantage (preferably First Advantage and/or HireRight) Excellent verbal and written communication (Non-negotiable criteria) Client/stakeholder management knowledge Basic MS Excel knowledge and working experience in MIS and outlook Service Now and Workday experience would be an added advantage Current work mode - Hybrid thus, candidate needs to be located in Mumbai within the transport boundaries (Non- negotiable criteria)

• In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
• Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor
• In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks
• The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
