Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for open positions.
Update and maintain the applicant tracking system and other recruitment databases.
Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing job postings and preparing reports.
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Preferred, but not essential: 2 years of experience in recruitment administration or related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
Understanding of recruitment best practices and legal and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred, but not essential: healthcare recruitment experience.
