About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter, resourcer or industry professional to step into a national recruitment role supporting operational contracts across Australia.

Reporting to the HR Manager and partnering closely with Operations, HR and Project teams, you will deliver efficient, commercially focused recruitment outcomes while helping build sustainable workforce capability.

You may currently work in agency recruitment and be seeking a move internal, or you may already be embedded within the energy or resources industry and looking to transition into recruitment where your networks and market knowledge can make a real impact.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing full recruitment lifecycle activities including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers
Partnering with leaders to understand workforce demand and hiring priorities
Supporting recruitment delivery for ongoing operations and peak project activity
Develop and maintain an active, engaged, and fit for purpose workforce pool supporting ongoing and adhoc operational requirements.
Working alongside Operations, HR and Training teams to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance processes
Driving internal sourcing initiatives and employee referral programs
Supporting workforce forecasting, reporting and labour utilisation decisions
Engaging labour hire partners where required while strengthening internal capability
About you:

You are a proactive and organised professional who thrives in fast paced operational environments and enjoys working closely with leaders to deliver practical workforce solutions.

You will bring:

5+ years’ experience in end to end recruitment or resourcing
A thirst for knowledge
Strong exposure to oil and gas, industrial services, mining or energy sectors
Established industry networks and market understanding
Demonstrated experience recruiting operational or technical workforces
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Experience using HRIS or recruitment systems
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Highly regarded:

Shutdown or project recruitment exposure
Experience managing contractor or casual workforce pools
Understanding of site readiness and compliance requirements
