Job Description
You will also be responsible for:
Managing the admin and coordination of recruitment activities for your caseload
Writing and placing job advertisements
Coordinating interviews and new employee inductions
Maintaining recruitment and selection records
Managing candidates for pre-vocational courses
Supporting Workforce Solutions Specialists in apprentice and trainee recruitment
Assisting with costings, proposals, and marketing packs for potential new hosts
Liaising with RTOs and other relevant bodies on qualifications and delivery issues
