THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our CBD head office on a full-time permanent basis.
This role is focused on sourcing core blue-collar personnel for shutdown operations, supported by a dedicated onboarding team that manages mobilisation end to end. Our structured recruitment function, defined workflows and bespoke planning and onboarding system remove much of the complexity typically associated with high-volume recruitment, allowing you to focus on quality, pace and outcomes.
This role will encompass:
Blue collar recruitment for roles including Fitters, Boilermakers, Electricians, Riggers, Scaffolders and Trades Assistants
Working in fast-paced environment with high-volume of candidate engagement
Reviewing and assessing of qualifications, tickets, and documentation
Presenting at weekly 'Recruitment Days' for new employees
Building strong relationships and provide recruitment advice with hiring managers

ABOUT YOU
You bring experience in blue-collar recruitment, ideally within the resources sector, and thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments. With a positive, results‑driven mindset, you take ownership of your workload and consistently deliver against tight timeframes.
You will be able to demonstrate:
Knowledge of mining-related qualifications, tickets and licences (advantageous)
Strong self‑motivation with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
A personable approach, with a candidate‑focused mindset
