About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with hiring managers and understand the client's requirement
2. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
3. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on newsgroups and job boards
4. Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing) and utilize best sourcing techniques to develop and shortlist candidate pool
5. Conduct phone screens to qualify the candidates & assess their skills as per the client's needs in terms of candidates' suitability for attitude, academic, experience & communication skills
6. Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
7. Keep your candidate in the loop and take follow-up for interview coordination until joining
8. Formulate interview schedules, file reports of candidate's status, record their joining reports, track hiring reports, and maintain resume database
+. Develop a deep understanding of the staffing/recruitment industry processes and the client profile
1. BE/B. Tech/MSW/MHRM/MCom(HR)/MHRM/MBA/MSC/MCA will be preferable
2. Confident and excellent in communication, oral & written
3. Powerful skills in persuasion and negotiation
4. Strong decision-making skills
5. Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
6. Should be multitasking - juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
