Understanding of the open mandates according to the industries and different domains
Efficient and hands on experience of searching , sourcing the relevant profiles using different strategies and methods like job boards , postings , social media platforms etc.
Effective & fluent communication to interact with the clients & applicants .
Familarity with ATS and other HR database systems.
