2.Conducting interviews: An HR Recruiter conducts interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for the job.
3.Coordinating with hiring managers: An HR Recruiter works closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, devise recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.

5.Ensuring compliance: An HR Recruiter ensures compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

7.Providing a positive candidate experience: An HR Recruiter ensures that candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
8.Staying up-to-date with recruitment trends: An HR Recruiter stays up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices, including emerging technologies and recruitment tools.

Requirements:
· 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment or a related field
