• Manage end-to-end hiring process
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team
• Source and screen candidates effectively
• Maintain talent pipeline
• Ensure positive candidate experience
• Track recruitment metrics and improve processes
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws
• Need a person who do have 4 to 5 Year of experience of leading the recruitment Team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
