· The job involves Management of end-to-end Recruitment process, Joining and Exit Formalities, Introduction & Induction, Training & Development, Bulk Hiring, and Job Hunting. The position will require travel to our various branches for coordination of recruitment.
Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment
· Handle entire recruitment activity of clerical, managerial, technical, and non-technical staff through portals, advertisements and recruitment agencies and Head Hunting
· Designing various skill tests for the assessment of candidates during recruitment and performance evaluation.
· Designing and conducting Psychometric tests
· Interview management
· Management of Background Checks
· Onboarding of New Employees
· Performance evaluation of new employees up to confirmation
Skills Required
· Good Command to handle various recruitment portals
· Hands-on talent for Job Hunting
· Good Contacts with recruitment agencies
· Knowledge of various skill test and psychometric test
· Good Communication Skills: Gujarati, Hindi, English
