Job Description
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the recruitment team to ensure high performance
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and role specifications
Oversee job postings across multiple platforms and ensure employer branding consistency
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portals
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable labor laws
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment practices

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
