Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations, to onboarding
• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for various non-tech roles, including marketing, finance, operations, HR, and sales.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver high-quality candidates that align with the company’s culture and goals.
• Market Research & Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices for startups, consumer companies, and SaaS firms.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting the client’s employer brand.
• Performance Metrics: Track and report on recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• RequirementsExperience: 3-8 years of recruitment experience focused on non-technical hiring for startups, consumer brands, or SaaS companies in India.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the hiring landscape in non-tech sectors, including market trends, talent availability, and the unique challenges faced by startups.
• Skills:
• Proficient in sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, LinkedIn, and job boards.
• Strong interviewing skills, with a keen eye for evaluating both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
