Recruitment Service Assistant
Responsibilities: Included but not limited to
Assist with posting job descriptions across job boards and company platforms
Screening resumes for basic qualifications and forward potential candidates to the talent acquisitions team
Scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars for candidates and hiring managers
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support the preparation of interview materials, assessments and onboarding documentation
Maintain applicant tracking spreadsheets or systems with accuracy
Assist with reference checks and employment verifications as directed
Help coordinate hiring events or career outreach activities
Always protect the confidentiality of the applicant and employee information
Qualifications:
Must live in a HUBzone area https://maps.certify.sba.gov/
Interest in recruitment, HR or people focused work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to details
Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying responsive
Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite
Professional and courteous communication style
Prior HR or office experience is helpful but not required
Curious and willing to learn new skills
