Salary: CTC 2.16 LPA to 3.0 LPA
A leading Lime Manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated HR Executive with 2-4 years of experience post-MBA, specifically in recruitment. We want to hear from you. if you have prior experience as a recruitment Consultant will work for this position!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Interviewing the Candidates
• Shortlisting the Candidates
• Coordinate with the Department Manager concerning Manpower Requirements
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
• MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or general HR roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Candidates from Jodhpur or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
