Key Responsibilities
• Identify potential candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings, evaluate resumes, and assess candidates’ fit with job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, providing feedback and insights from initial screenings.
• Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process by communicating effectively and providing timely updates.
• Promote the company as an attractive place to work through job postings, social media, and active participation in industry events.
• Build a pool of qualified candidates for future openings by networking and engaging with potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate quality, to refine hiring strategies.
Required Skills And Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and job boards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to build relationships, understand different departments' needs, and work collaboratively.
• Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities to handle multiple job openings.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate and improve recruitment processes.
