We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team at MyClassboard. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for helping people find fulfilling careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:
• Identify and attract potential candidates using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Engage with passive candidates and build long-term relationships.

Job Posting and Advertising:
• Write and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and career pages.
• Ensure job advertisements are compelling and reach the intended audience.
• Use creative and effective methods to promote job openings.

Screening and Interviewing:
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Candidate Management:
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, regardless of the hiring outcome.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications.

Offer Management:
• Extend job offers to selected candidates and handle negotiations.
• Coordinate the onboarding process with HR and hiring managers.
• Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed.

Reporting and Metrics:
• Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular updates to HR and senior management.

Employer Branding:

• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
