Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
• Identify and attract potential candidates using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Engage with passive candidates and build long-term relationships.
Job Posting and Advertising:
• Write and post job descriptions on relevant job boards and career pages.

Screening and Interviewing:
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.

• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management:
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications.
Offer Management:
• Extend job offers to selected candidates and handle negotiations.
• Coordinate the onboarding process with HR and hiring managers.
• Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed.
Reporting and Metrics:
• Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular updates to HR and senior management.
Employer Branding:
