Enterprise Technical Manager
• As a Enterprise Technical Manager on the Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for technical design, planning, implementation, installation, and the highest performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission-critical enterprise application systems.
• You will also serve as a technical expert in system administration to investigate and analyze the feasibility of system requirements and develop system specifications.
• You will also provide project leadership and problem-solving and offer solutions to deliver a high level of service to the department's customers.
• You will work with a team of 3-5 developers and a system administrator to design, develop and maintain our systems in good operations.
Responsibilities
• As ET Manager on the Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for technical design, planning, implementation, installation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission-critical enterprise application systems.
• You will also serve as a technical expert in system administration to investigate and analyze the feasibility of system requirements and develop system specifications.
• You will also provide project leadership, and problem-solving and offer solutions to deliver a high level of service to the customers of the department.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience. •
• Product owner (has worked on Cloud based products)Technical - Networking background • Hybrid role Scrum and Coding. Has exposure to managing enterprise systems - azure/AWS/GCP infrastructure and on other critical systems for a business - like CRM or ERP systems. •
• Systems Administrator of the tools to enable to business to grow •
• Agile development - Product backlog - List of requirements to the team to deliver •
• Channels the requirements from the business - work with the business leaders to understand the needs of the business to deliver the technical roadmap •
• Distill the needs of the business to the software developers for production •
• Technical understanding • 3 three people to manage
