Key Responsibilities
• Drive Month end close cycle for Site as per WA timelines
• Closely work with GFS Manila team and make sure correct and accurate reporting of Financials (P&L, Balance Sheet) as per GAAP
• Analysis & Review of SG&A cost centers and provide commentary for major deviations
• Analysis & Review of monthly Financials before TB load in HFM & post HFM upload
• Review and approve Monthly Journal Entries for GL postings
• Analysis & replies to Queries from Site controllers/WA/BU Finance operations
• Make sure Site GL Period closure as per WA timelines
• Review and approve Balance Sheet schedules from GFS Manila
• Drive Clearing of Balance Sheet open & aged items regularly
• Review & Analysis of Site Headcount as per HR & SharePoint and make sure correct reporting of Cost centers
• Support on Adhoc activities from Site/Regional Finance controllers
• Ensure support to Annual Statutaory & Tax Audits
• Support on Quarterly and Yealy Balance Sheet reviews
• Maintenance of appropriate Internal Controls and compliance with SOX and CP&P
• Drive continuous improvement & Automation culture
• Support in monthly Forecasting, Mid Year Review and Annual Budgets
• Other ad hoc duties as required to fulfill the roles of the finance function as and when required
