Job Title:-Regional Business Manager

Experience-7-15 Yrs(Preferably into Dermatology)

Job Profile of RBM –

• He shall be fully responsible for the achievement of the sales and activity targets as assigned to him.

• Will be responsible for the ABMs and BEs ( MRs ) and their daily activities and will work to improve their competence and efficiency and productivity.

• He shall be working in field and conduct joint field work with team members to visit doctors , chemists , stockists , hospitals , trade channel associates on daily basis and enhance business.

• He will be responsible for the overall hygiene of the business i.e. payments , collection , breakage expiry and will work and manage team in a way that the business is sustainable , profitable and growing.

• He will be reporting directly to head office and will be the key person to connect HO with field members .

• He will be with , full of enthusiasm, perform his duties in during Vacancy management , recruitment , training , induction and monitor his team mates’s daily activities and provide clear cut directions to improve their effectivity and business generation.

• Will co-ordinate with trade i.e. stockists , chemists , trade association etc to periodically assess their activities and impact on business and work for solutions to improve business . Will be key person in appointment of appoint new distributors and stockists if need be and will take all, necessary steps in their selection and appointment.

• Will identify and take accountability of the key opinion leader doctors for the organizational reputation and business growth.

• Will be role model in terms of conduct, discipline and overall behavior . Will demonstrate leadership under all circumstances and work to keep the morale of the team high and will effectively lead them towards growth and success. Will learn , abide by and teach the corporate systems and processes and will help the create conducive atmosphere foe corporate growth in his assigned geography.

• Shall be ready for different and newer assignments as chosen for him and will perform duties with full enthusiasm.
