As the nation’s leading pub, cider and beer company and the name behind a host of brilliant brands, we’re looking for equally brilliant people to help us on our journey to building a better future.

There’s so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye and right now, we’re looking for a Regional Finance Analyst to join our Star Pubs Finance team supporting our North West, Yorkshire & Lincolnshire operations teams.
.
About the role
Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager you’ll business partner two of our Regional Sales teams. You’ll provide first-class performance management together with added value analysis and insight to support commercial decision-making in relation to rent events and capex. You’ll be confident working within a regulated industry and will work well with the Regional teams and the wider Star Finance team to improve processes and ensure consistency in our approach.

This role is about understanding numbers and working with business partners to find options and solutions. If you’d like to step away from a standard analyst role and be involved in a new team within our fantastic pubs business, then this could be your next step.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a qualified accountant, you’ll be able to draw on your experience of creating value collaboratively with your business partners, your pro-active and positive attitude will allow you to influence stakeholders and navigate robustly through a fluid and fast-moving commercial environment.

If you:

Are commercially astute with an ability to identify & shape opportunities / risks and influence behaviour & decisions to improve business results
Have a track record of setting and delivering stretching cost saving targets
Have excellent Excel skills
Are an effective communicator, able to develop relationships and work with a wide range of stakeholders
Have excellent analytical skills with an enquiring mindset
Are motivated by continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
Then this role could be for you!

This role will cover several UK based teams, so semi-regular travel will be required.

We embrace learning and growth, and we anticipate there is scope to develop in this role. You’re also likely to bring experiences to this role that are not listed above – as long as you have a thirst for learning and development, not every box needs to be ticked regarding skillsets.

Our Ways of Working
Heineken’s Global Purpose is to “brew the Joy of True Togetherness to inspire a better world” and to fulfil this we believe in working closely with each other and collaborating f2f when we can. To enable this, we ask colleagues to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and one other day of the colleague’s choice.

Our Benefits
As part of the team, along with your salary, you’ll also receive;

An annual bonus
Company funded Private Medical Healthcare
Double matched pension (up to 10%)
35 days holiday
A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers! (low and no ******* options available)
Comprehensive Opportunities to develop.
You’ll also get the opportunity to get involved with one of our colleague networks where groups of colleagues from all over the business work together to ensure we’re always working towards being a diverse and inclusive company.

The application
If you like what you’ve read and are ready to brew a better career with us, let’s get going! We may close vacancies early where we receive lots of applications, so don’t delay!

If you need any adjustments made to support your application, for example if you require information in different formats, or if you have any accessibility issues, then we’re more than happy to review our processes – please feel free to get in touch with us at recruitment@heineken.co.uk.
