Job Description
• Responsible for managing all the aspects of HR Functions i.E. Hiring, Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Payroll management of respective region.
• Responsible for handling approx. 12 – 15 stores' HR operations, including Circle Office.
• Responsible for effective Training and development and employee engagement programs across the stores.
• Responsible to ensure timely execution of various HR Policies and Programs.
• Must have sound knowledge of HR policies and should be fully well versed in all statutory laws and regulations.
• Responsible to maintain timely basis HR records & Reports
• SPOC from the regional team to Coordinate with Store & Head Office
• Responsible to handle a team of Store HR, Area HR & Regional Recruiters.
