Key Accountabilities
The incumbent will be managing HR relationship for the West Zone for both DBIL and eLVB branches approx. close to 50 branches
Key responsibilities will include:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing the key HR matrices for the zone – (Budget vs actual cost, attrition, Internal Mobility and the like)
• Provide strategic interface to stakeholders through the provision of high quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives
• Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues
• Performance management for the function
Support Zone in productivity enhancement and PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) management
Ensure that there is continuous feedback from managers including process management for Mid year and Year End assessment
• Manage the Year End compensation process along with Rewards for the function
• Keep a close watch on the ER processes, ensure awareness at employee level for all key guidelines. Support the ER time in timely closure of all DA related aspects
• Support the function in ensuring that TOM with regards to HRRM organization structure is in line with the overall Strategic objective
• Support Function in My Voice action planning, co-own the engagement scores and ensure that the survey feedback is actioned upon
• Partner with zone in the budget process for the year
• Strategic engagement with key stakeholders of the zone, including on ground engagement with employees in branches.
• Support Head – HR Business Partner in managing the National Distribution Governance meetings
Other requirements
• Post graduate preferred
• 12– 15 years of experience
• Ability to think strategically, and should have good analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• HR Planning, forecasting & execution as this role would be an individual contributor
• Close interaction with respective BU/SU Sr HRRM’s to ensure to dive DBIL synergies in process.
• Confident business partner with the ability to build and maintain constant rapport with the Zone at a strategic level and be hands-on when it comes to employees at a ground level
• Open to traveling to cover the footprint of the Zone and beyond.
