About The Role
Workingclosely with the Regional HR Services Lead, also interfacing with colleaguesfrom other regions and global, you will be responsible for supporting theownership of operations performance of HR Services, ensuring and maintainingfit-for-purpose processes, governing end-to-end delivery. You will also take arole in driving HR transformation initiatives within your region, implementingharmonised and standard processes, working closely with counterparts in payrolland HR products.
How You Will Make An Impact
• A "Regional HR Services Expert"works alongside the Regional HR Services Lead, ensuring efficient and effectiveHR Services delivery through an eco-system of providers i.e.employee on-boarding and off-boarding support, employee inquires, peopleand organizational data management, etc.
• Support in driving changeinitiatives in area of responsibility often across several/all HR functionsand involving (senior) business leaders
• Building and strengtheningprocess know-how in order to future proof the organisation
• Support of other HR IT /Business Process initiatives, e.g. contributing regional or topic expertise andaspects, playing a key role in the roll-out in assigned countries
• Work closely and support in theservice management of the business process outsourcing service provider,ensuring quality operations, whilst playing a key role on deficiency resolution
• A contributor in our global HRtransformation project, whilst ensuring continuing of existing operations
What You Bring
• Experience in HR Services /Business Processes including shared services / HR BPO outsourcing operations,i.e. HR Administration, Payroll, HR query Management (Service Desk)
• HR IT domain know-how - WorkdayHCM, ServiceNow, SAP desirable
• Experience in supporting the management/ service management of an eco-system of partners / vendors in HR Services
• Track record in supporting thedelivery of change / improvement projects, specifically in HR services
• Problem solving and criticalthinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Analytical skills and factbased decision ability
• Self-directed with an abilityto organize, plan, prioritize
• Outstanding communicationskills
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
• Self-motivated to driveinitiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and throughothers
• Ability to thrive in a globalenvironment, working flexibly where required
• Degree in Administration withHR or a combination of HR/IT, or Business Information Systems
