Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Regional Hydraulic Sales Director for a large, privately held industrial services organization. This position supports a key client operating across Texas and the Gulf Coast region, with a focus on expanding hydraulic repair and service operations. The role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who can drive territory growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and build scalable commercial strategies within a technical service environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic commercial business plan focused on hydraulic repair and service opportunities across the Texas Permian region.
• Identify and target industries that rely on hydraulic systems to generate a consistent pipeline of service and repair projects.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing commercial customers.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present hydraulic repair capabilities and service offerings.
• Implement sales strategies, policies, and programs that align company capabilities with commercial customer needs.
• Prepare detailed quotations, sales proposals, and service contracts for hydraulic repair projects.
• Negotiate and close repair and service agreements that meet profitability and revenue objectives.
• Maintain visibility of market conditions, customer demand, and competitor activity across the Texas and Gulf Coast markets.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate scope definition and service delivery expectations.
• Track sales performance, contract progress, and revenue forecasts within assigned territory.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of hydraulic sales and repair experience.
• Proven success in negotiating and closing commercial service contracts.
• Experience selling hydraulic repair and service solutions into industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional territory growth strategies.
• Established network within Texas and Gulf Coast industrial markets.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, service quotes, and commercial agreements.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 30% within the assigned territory.
