Role & Responsibilities

Job Description :-
• Scrutinizing Legal Scrutiny Report, Title Search Report and Vetting report for cases initiated and Vetting of Original Property Papers
• Preparing Internal Legal Scrutiny reports and initiating individual cases to empanelled Advocate for Scrutiny.
• Liasoning with enforcement authorities and draft an appropriate response to the statutory notices served on the Company in coordination with H.O.
• Initiating legal proceedings against the delinquent customer.
• Handling customers’ grievances / notices to resolve the dispute and ensuring proper replies within time frame.

Conducting of Training to various stakeholders on execution of documents from time to time.
