Job Summary
Bowline Capital is a vertically integrated marina investment and operating platform seeking a hands-on Regional Manager to oversee operations and financial performance across a portfolio of marinas.
This role is for an operator, not a desk manager. You will be accountable for occupancy, NOI, expense control, and consistent execution at the property level. Marina experience is a plus, but strong multi-site operations or real estate management experience is required.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple marinas
Own P&L performance for assigned properties
Drive occupancy, revenue growth, and cost control
Lead, coach, and hold marina managers accountable to KPIs
Ensure company processes, reporting, and standards are followed
Oversee budgets, capital projects, and operational initiatives
Identify operational issues and drive solutions through completion
Qualifications
Experience managing multi-site operations, property management, or real estate portfolios
Strong financial and operational decision-making skills
Direct, accountable leadership style
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Marina, hospitality, or commercial real estate experience a plus
Compensation
Base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to portfolio results.
Travel
Monthly travel required across assigned properties.
