The Group owns multiple brands including Dialtrip, Comesum, Royal India Train Journeys (RITJ), Media on Track (MOT), and Sendha. With the largest share in Indian Railways' catering operations, the Group operates through 70 Base Kitchens at various locations across the country, serving luxury trains like Rajdhani/Shatabdi/Vande Bharat/Duronto/Tejas.
The Group has joint ventures with premium 5 Star Hotels like Westin, Marriott, Fortune, and a separate Real Estate Division focusing on Hotel and Hospital construction. In recent years, the Group has ventured into hospital management with the establishment of Fortis Hospital in Greater Noida.
