The Russian School of Mathematics is an award-winning after school math enrichment program trusted by parents for over two decades. Our mission is to help students build a deep and lasting understanding of mathematics through a rigorous and engaging curriculum. With over 80 locations across the U.S. and abroad, RSM continues to expand its reach, empowering students to think critically and creatively.
We are looking to hire a highly organized, execution-driven Regional Marketing Coordinator to support enrollment growth across our Illinois schools. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, follow-through, and driving measurable results. You will work directly with the Regional Director and school Principals to plan, execute, and track marketing activities across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute re-enrollment and new enrollment campaigns
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion activity across schools and ensure visibility
• Ensure Principals are following through on outreach (calls, emails, events)
• Support and coordinate marketing activities across multiple school locations
• Plan and execute local events (open houses, grand openings, award ceremonies)
• Coordinate logistics: vendors, materials, setup, timelines
• Drive attendance and ensure smooth execution day-of
• Coordinate flyer distribution, local promotions, and community partnerships
• Identify and execute opportunities to increase visibility in each market
• Ensure consistency across all locations
• Manage relationships with vendors (printing, media, signage, etc.)
• Track deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Maintain simple weekly tracking of: Leads, Conversions and Event attendance
• Provide clear weekly updates: what was done, what’s next, risks/issues
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business-related areas or equivalent on the job experience
• 2–4+ years in marketing, events, operations, or similar execution-heavy role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
• Comfortable following up and ensuring execution across teams
• Clear communicator, proactive, and reliable
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets, basic data tracking, and social media platforms
• This role requires someone who is hands-on, responsive, and accountable for outcomes—not just activity.
