What you will deliver
• In charge of the operations for the department, allocation of resources, and monitoring daily operations to ensure healthy P&L
• Stipulate SOP, KPI, and action plan for current customers and new customers onboard to consistently enhance quality operations
• Establish contacts, billing workflow, pricing, and ensure operation service level
• Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
• Assist top management to monitor the monthly and quarterly KPI and P&L in the department, analyze and report to management
• Handle marketing campaign
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;
• Responsible for fleet management and operations systems (TMS) implementation
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and driver-partner
• Serve as the primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to
• Customer Service, or accidents of driver
• Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
• Work closely with Head of Corporate and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
• Communicate with the legal department for SLA for the client
Who you are
• Diploma Graduate or above in business, supply chain, logistics, or related discipline
• At least 8 years experience in courier industry, warehouse, trucking company or freight forwarding industry which 3 years in courier industry or familiar with vehicle management
• Familiar with van, truck & warehouse renting, and operations workflow
• Knowledge of Transport Management Systems (TMS) & Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Hard-working, careful, active, responsible, enable to work under pressure and fast-paced work environment with long hours
• Enthusiastic in logistics, technology, and e-commerce
