Regional Sales Director – Power Transmission / Gearboxes
Salary: Up to $160,000 + Bonus
Location: Remote
Regional Sales Director / Sales Director / Business Development Director to join a growing power transmission and advanced manufacturing business, focused on expanding its presence across the gearbox market.
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across assigned markets, driving growth, and expanding the customer base within key heavy engineering sectors.
The position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and requires a high-performing, self-driven individual capable of operating independently while contributing to a global team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets and industry verticals
• Expand the customer base and drive growth within the gearbox market
• Prepare and implement action plans for lead generation and market penetration
• Coordinate and deliver proposal presentations and RFP responses
• Provide accurate and competitive pricing while maintaining profit margins
Requirements
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Sales Management
• Strong background in Supplier Relationship Management
• Experience within gearing / gearboxes.
• Proven experience working with EPCs, integrators, and gas turbine OEMs
