Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 base + uncapped commission
Our client, a global freight forwarder with strong air and ocean operations, is expanding its U.S. sales team. They are seeking a driven Regional Sales Executive to secure new business across international trade lanes and develop long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
• Win new business across Air and Ocean Freight, with a focus on FCL, LCL, and import/export solutions
• Develop and execute a sales pipeline targeting mid-sized and enterprise shippers across multiple industries
• Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximize GP margins and customer satisfaction
• Partner with operations to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and account retention
• Deliver consistent revenue growth and achieve agreed quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
• 3+ years of freight forwarding sales experience in Air and Ocean products
• Proven track record of winning new accounts and delivering measurable GP growth
• Established network of importers and exporters in the Houston and wider Texas market
• Strong knowledge of international trade lanes (Transpacific, Transatlantic, LATAM)
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
