Job Title: Regional Sales Executive – Saurashtra (Building Materials)
Location: Based in Rajkot, with daily travel across Saurashtra
Working Hours: +:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Description:
We are hiring a Regional Sales Executive to manage daily sales operations across the Saurashtra region for AAC blocks and other building material products. The role requires extensive fieldwork, client visits, and business development activities in the construction and building material segment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, and dealers daily across Saurashtra.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Promote AAC blocks and related building material products.
• Provide product demos and explain technical specifications when needed.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.
• Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for smooth delivery.
• Report daily sales activity, client feedback, and market trends.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any stream (Civil/Engineering background preferred).
• 2–5 years of field sales experience in building materials, cement, tiles, bricks, or construction-related products.
• Must be open to daily travel in the Saurashtra region (company will provide travel allowance).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
