We are working with a well-respected, national litigation law firm that is seeking an experienced Associate Litigation Attorney to join the team in their Minneapolis office!

Location: Minneapolis, MN
Schedule: Hybrid, Onsite, and Remote options available
Base Salary: $150k-$180k/year + bonuses

Job Details

Our growing Minneapolis office has an opportunity for a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five years of litigation experience!

Skills and Educational Requirements:
• Minimum of five years of experience working on general litigation
• Construction law experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
• Experience with both state and federal court proceedings
• Minnesota Bar admission in good standing is required
