KEMIMOTO is a globally renowned brand in the outdoor powersports sector. Currently, we are teaming up with the world's leading smart manufacturing partner, Navee, to enter the US golf market with the revolutionary Apex Series Smart Caddies. We are now seeking an entrepreneurial regional sales manager to redefine the golf walking experience through technology by establishing an offline dealer and ProShop network.
The Mission:
You will be the "first employee" of the KEMIMOTO golf department in the offline market of the United States. Your core objective is to break into the ProShops of top golf courses and independent retailers in Florida (or the target state), making the KEMIMOTO Apex series (Apex R/RF/Al) their top-recommended products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development:
Identify and develop new channels within the region, including golf course ProShops, Country Clubs, and golf specialty stores. Develop and execute a "cold call" plan (ColdCalling/Visiting), completing at least 15 effective visits and product demonstrations per week.
2. Demo & Education:
Act as the "Chief Experience Officer" for the products. Organize DemoDays on the practice putting greens and tees of golf courses to demonstrate the "UWB Follow" (intelligent following) feature of KEMIMOTO Apex RF and the "Obstacle Avoidance" (ultrasonic obstacle avoidance) feature of Apex Al to HeadPros and members on-site.
Train store staff of dealers to ensure they can accurately convey the selling points of the KEMIMOTO Apex series to customers.
3. Relationship Management: 。 Establish deep personal relationships with the Director of Golf and Head Pro at each course.
Manage the demo inventory and trial program within the region.
4. Market Intelligence: 。 Collect the prices, promotion policies and inventory situations of competitors (especially MGI) and feed back to the headquarters in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Experience: More than 3 years of B2B sales experience in the golf industry, or more than 5 years of PGA course management/teaching experience. Must have the network resources of Pro Shop in the local stadium.
Skills:
Strong face-to-face communication and presentation ability.
Be familiar with golf etiquette and culture.
Proficient in using CRM system to manage sales leads.
Characteristics: Strong self-drive, which is also a "business" position, which needs to adapt to 50%-70% of local business trips (mainly driving).
Plus points: Active or retired PGA members (PGA Member/Associate).
