About the Role

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving real business problems, and guiding prospects through a thoughtful buying process.

This isn’t about pushing a product—it’s about understanding how companies operate and helping them improve.

Deliver engaging product demos (1:1 and group webinars)
Drive attendance to webinars, seminars, and industry events
Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Support, Consulting)
Partner with resellers and referral networks to expand reach
Keep detailed notes of sales activity in company CRM
Represent uniPoint at trade shows and conferences across in your territory
Why This Role Stands Out

Consultative sales approach—no aggressive tactics
Strong alignment between marketing, product, and sales
Opportunity to sell a proven solution with real customer impact
High level of ownership and autonomy in your territory
Work with a company that prioritizes long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For

Experience selling software solutions (QMS, ERP, or similar)
Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and close new business
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
Strategic thinker who can understand and solve business challenges
Nice to Have:

Experience in manufacturing, quality, or compliance environments
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting
Business, marketing, or related degree
Requirements

Must reside in Canada or the USA
Valid CDN or USA passport (for occasional North American travel)
What We Offer

Competitive base salary + commission +bonus
3 weeks paid vacation
All Canadian or US statutory holidays
Health benefits package (Canada-based employees)
A collaborative, supportive team environment
