Responsibilities
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline within your assigned region

• Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and closing activities
• Coordinate with internal team for smooth onboarding
• Track activity and maintain organized records

Qualifications
• Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Comfortable in commission-driven environment
• Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Industry experience (manufacturing/cannabis/operations) is a plus
• Regional role (territories to be assigned)
