POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible to provide business partnership and full cycle recruiting services including sourcing, attracting, and selecting talent in collaboration with the business and the Regional HR team. Responsible for delivering the hiring needs of the business as per SLA and Cost. Partner with business to resolve recruitment challenges with appropriate use of MI and data/MIS. Represent the talent acquisition function as a subject matter expert when it comes recruiting talent.

This role will report to the Head of HR and be responsible for building and managing TA team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage full cycle recruiting process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates– including recruitment strategy session (intake meeting), candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Throughout the process guide and train Hiring Manager capability and shared ownership for recruiting
• Provide weekly status updates and Inputs for the global recruitment report on the progress of assigned requisitions and projects.
• Mindful manage and improve on key metrics such as time to fill, while keeping external recruitment cost within or below budget
• Partner with Regional HR team to review, analyse and make recommendations for candidate offers and negotiations.
• Drive process simplification, ensure recruiting process remains complete, nimble, and creates the right experience for candidates, hiring managers, HR and recruiters globally.
• Utilize industry knowledge to provide input on finding functional talent (best sourcing/recruiting channels and methods), which includes utilizing labor market consultation, competitive intelligence, and selling the Naviga brand.
• Leverages subject matter expertise to partner with business and HR leadership regarding recruiting/sourcing strategies, candidate behavioral and job assessments, metrics and analytics, position responsibilities, headcount approvals and forecasting, etc.
• Manages respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities and ensure a strong and positive client and candidate experience.
• Provides general training and direction related to a Talent Recruitment process or system for HR professionals in the business.
• Where applicable, participates in the management and selection of vendors.
• Drawing upon general employment knowledge and experience, ensure compliance requirements are met which may include: Policy and legal requirements for a specific region/country/state, Administration of internal systems and processes to ensure compliance with country/local labor laws, coordinate accountability measures and processes to ensure compliance of policies, processes, and procedures in alignment with Global programs.

EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ year corporate recruiting experience in a high-tech / high-volume environment.
• Engage business leaders in partnership with Regional HR to understand the business direction and staffing strategy – influence thinking on staffing, and leverage understanding to inform yearly/multi-yr talent pipelining
• Develop effective relationships with HR team and hiring managers for assigned region.
• Develop proactive & creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and create pipelines for critical skill areas
• Leverage and utilise social media platforms to attract and engage talent.
• Lead selection processes that ensure equal employment opportunities exist for all internal and external candidates.
• Guide managers and provide feedback before, during and after the process to ensure objective and mindful practices are being followed.
• Gathering feedback for internal candidates, partnering with Regional HR team to manage internal candidates with respect and dignity.
