Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing personalized care plans for patients
Monitoring patients' conditions and recording vital signs
Conducting assessments and blood tests as necessary
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Current and unrestricted NMC registration
6 months of UK-based paid experience
The right to work in the UK
Flexibility in travel arrangements
Excellent communication skills in English
