• Appropriate Knowledge of mailing skills
• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints and providing appropriate solutions
• Answering inbound calls in a professional manner and providing excellent customer service
• Making calls to potential customers and promoting our products or services
• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints and providing appropriate solutions
Requirements-
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Good communication skills
3. 12th Pass or Graduation in any field
• Able to speak English and Hindi fluently
Industry - Electric Vehicle
Location - Noida/Gurgaon/Bangalore
Experience - 0 to 1 year
Salary - 15k to 18K(Negotiable)
Qualification - 12th pass OR Graduate
Gender - Male/Female
