A. Position Purpose – Wealth management "OR" Business bankingdomain expertise respectively
The purpose of this role is todeliver target revenue and balance sheet growth from portfolio under management of "Insignia" preferred banking clients. The targets should be delivered using relationship management and tactical strategies to acquire new clients, deepen, cross sell, engagement of clients.
B. Position Responsibilities

Deliver revenue and balance sheet growth targets by acquiring and deepening relationships.

Relationship manage a portfolio of clients and enhance "Product holding" and"customer to relationship" ratios thereby deepening and engagingthe relationship strongly with the bank

Active coverage and penetration of core and satellite products through collaboration of product specialists and branch management teams to maximise revenue gains.

Review client relationships and portfolios across respective products availed by clients, assess risk and implement strategies to meet customer needs, keep customers informed of market changes , events and respective impacts to clients and their business with the bank.

Work in close co-ordination with the Client Experience Managers/ Branch service teams/ operations in delivering superior service and client expectations thereby delivering the "Insignia" promise.

Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines. Reduce rejection rates and improve quality of documentation.
C. Qualifications and ExperienceRequirement

Essential
Graduate or Post Graduate/ MBA
AMFI / NISM , IRDA certified
Experience
Essential
Relevant Business Banking / Wealth Management Experience in Banks, NBFC, brokerage House.
Relevant experience as below:
Senior Relationship Manager – 6+ years
Relationship Manager – 3 – 6 years
