RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
We are urgently looking for Relationship Manager location based at Hazratganj, Lucknow.
Responsibilities
• Candidate will be responsible for Direct Sales of retail accounts acquisition for Mutual fund, bonds, fixed deposit, insurance, equity etc
• Responsible for third party business
• Responsible for generating revenue from Third party product like Insurance,
• Need to maintain relations with his clients and with the team members.
• Responsible for New client Acquisition Revenue Generation Productivity IP & Insurance Sales
• Managing investments & maintaining Client relationships, interact directly with clients, reviewing their portfolios, giving regular updates, resolving their queries
• Create plans to address clients’ business needs
• Advise clients on creating profitable processes
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Developing and implementing sales strategies for the business across all channels.
Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (eg - Salesforce)
• A customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Having Experience in B2B sales
