Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager/Equity Dealer. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing solutions to clients. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Experience : 1-4 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of trades and investments.
- Provide expert advice on financial products and services, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and other investment vehicles.
- Monitor market trends and analyze data to inform investment recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the securities market, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and other investment vehicles.
- Proficient in using demat, broking, telesales, cross-selling, field sales, TPP, stock broking, NISM, sales, Tele-calling, and field sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
