We are hiring for a well known Life insurance CompanyAge - 35 maxGraduation requiredExperience - minimum 6 month experience in Insurance sales/ Loan sales/ Finance SectorHike will be given based on experience and current CTCRoles and Responsibilities-Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through assigned 2-3 Bank Branches.
• Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff
• Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document
• Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.
• Build a good customer base in order to cross sell & up sell.
• Build long term relationship with the bank staff.
