JOB DESCRIPTION
o Should have prior experience in NBFC or DSA
o Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Banking - Mortgages
o Identify sales opportunities for all mortgage facilities (Home Loan, Home OD, Balance Transfer, Loan Top-up, Loan against residential properties, Loan against commercial properties)
o Must have clear understanding of Home Loan and Loan against property as a Product.
o Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis.
o To service the leads referred by Digital Sales teams & fulfill the customer requirement.
o Login to disbursement completion, fulfillment, counselling and hand-holding the customer through the entire process of sanction and disbursement
o Own Conveyance is must for this Role.
