· Sales Generation & Lead Management
· Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking,
· referrals, and other methods.
· Manage a portfolio of clients and build relationships to encourage repeat business.
· Present and sell company products/services to current and potential clients.
· Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
· Market & Customer Research
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitors to proactively identify opportunities.
· Collect customer feedback to identify needs and work with internal teams to meet those needs.
· Sales Target Achievement
· Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update the CRM system with sales activities.
· Reporting & Documentation
· Prepare regular sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
· Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation of sales leads and activities.
· Customer Support & Relationship Building
· Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
Skills:
· Ability to work independently with a self-motivated approach.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
· Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
