Looking for multiple positions in insurance sector !
Roles:
Recruit, train and lead a team of life insurance advisors. Acquire and achieve business targets through the team of advisors from open market and own network.
Support allocated advisors through training and joint sales calls
Identify and meet new customers, provide them need-based life insurance solutions
Adhere to sales processes & expected documentation, use sales technology as required
Support advisors in collecting renewal premiums and solve their problem
Ensure quality business through the right sales practices, minimize business risk
Required :
Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream
2 – 4 years in sales of Insurance/ Mutual Fund/ CASA/ Investments/ Loans/ Real Estate.
Age: 23 to 38 Years
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, able to work under pressure, multi-tasking
Self-starter and team player
Disciplined and detail-oriented
High level of integrity and ethics
