Job Title: Relationship Officer - 811 Digital Sales Grade: M1
Job Role- ï‚·
Have good awareness of Corporates with entry point links in those corporates. ï‚·
Good Communication & Presentation Skills required since he will be focusing on core corporates for Digital Banking. ï‚·
Cross sells bank products to existing set of Corp Sal customers which are mapped. ï‚·
Handle Investment and Insurance requirements of clients ï‚·
Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. ï‚·
Coordinates with other group companies to provide awareness to our group company employees for our KOTAKJIFI products. ï‚·
Goes beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products - enhancement of customer value ï‚·
Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts. ï‚·
Penetration of group/family account of the existing mapped base. ï‚·
Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
Job Requirement- ï‚·
Good communication and presentation skills. ï‚·
Willing to travel extensively within the city limits. ï‚·
Two- wheeler and an android phone is must. ï‚·
Liability Sales experience or KYC knowledge is an added advantage. ï‚·
Graduate with Minimum 0-2 Yrs. of experience.
