We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to take responsibility for key financial reporting, audit coordination, and day-to-day accounting functions. The role is well-suited for someone who brings solid technical expertise, steady execution, and the ability to support the organization's financial integrity and compliance.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards- Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements- Review and support MIS reporting, including revenue tracking, cost analysis, and performance insights for management- Oversee daily accounting operations, closing schedules, and process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency- Maintain fixed asset and lease accounting records, ensuring proper documentation and periodic reconciliation- Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements, including those related to mergers or organizational restructuring- Support internal control processes, documentation, and strengthening of compliance frameworks- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reconciliations and alignment of financial Accountant (CA) - Mandatory- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards, and audit procedures- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage responsibilities independently while collaborating with teams (ref:iimjobs.com)
