Moto.Red Design House LLC is seeking motivated and resourceful Sales Representatives to join our remote Services Division. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping a growing design and marketing company rebuild and expand after facing a challenging decade.

In this role, you ll enjoy an extremely flexible schedule, a $500/month base pay, and a commission structure designed to reward results.
Your efforts as a Sales Representative will make a tangible impact on our growth while opening new opportunities for you to advance your career. This role is relationship-focused and intentionally flexible, giving you the freedom to work at your own pace. It s also a role you can take ownership of. As Moto.Red expands, your earnings and responsibilities will grow along with the company.
Compensation
Base Pay
• $500/month to support your lead generation and outreach efforts.
Commission + Bonus Opportunities
• 20% on the first project sale with a new client. (Typical initial project packages range from $1,000 $15,000.)
• 10% on additional projects with the same client during their first year. This is often when clients invest the most as we set them up for long-term success.
• Performance-Based Bonuses for exceeding expectations and fostering satisfied, long-term client relationships.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
• Generating and nurturing leads by reaching out to businesses that would benefit from Moto.Red s design and marketing services.
• Marketing additional services based on the expressed needs of each lead.
• Building meaningful, lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
• Acting as the primary contact to introduce Moto.Red s offerings and align them with client needs.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to project execution.

• Experienced in sales, marketing, or relationship-building, with a proven track record of connecting and communicating effectively.
• Exceptionally strong in communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Equipped with reliable internet access and a well-organized home or shared office setup.
• Comfortable working remotely and regularly checking in for support, guidance, and feedback.
